The site went into non-reacheable status sometime in the last 2 weeks I would estimate. Pulled down the WRAP board after an unsuccesful attempt to SSH in (and no light on the LAN Switch was hugely suspect!).
using serial connection, found that even though the ETH0 (ethernet port 2) interface was setup by Linux, no cable connectivity happens. Something must be amiss with the circuit forward of the ethernet controller chip as eth1 (ethernet port 1) is fine.
Tried just changing the config files to use eth1, but noticed that the files on the Compact Flash card are hugely corrupted. did the filesystem check and repair but still had errors in the filenames etc..
Decided to try out the latest version of Voyage Linux but the CF card had trouble formatting the filesystem and all the other CF cards I have here are FUBAR.
So until I get another card, and time to install it the site will be down 🙂
