Hi,
I'm a new member - joined up on Monday. I'm south of Vk5tty and have a good signal from vk5tty-2. So... now what? :-) How do I get on to the network? My antenna and AP are all ready to go, I think I just need IP addresses etc?
Thanks in advance!
Dave.

Thanks Robert. I've
Thanks Robert. I've currently got a 24dbi grid antenna and an MNWAPB pointed at vk5tty-2. The AP tells me it's connected - but I'm not getting an IP address via DHCP - do I need to manually assign one? So at the moment, I can't access anything on the air-stream network. If I need to manually assign an IP - where do I get one from?
no DHCP
I think you need a static IP in the appropriate range for that area segment of the network contact DRgeoforce (Chris) via email and he should be able to arrange it, I would also address it to the committee (committeeATair-stream.org.au)
cheers
